SpiritSoul Radio Network the music, sermons, and advertisement [i.e. church programs, events, etc.] we play are set under and forth by the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”) of 1998. Mixcloud [our broadcaster] has taken care of all U.S. musical composition performance royalties through its licenses with ASCAP, BMI and SESAC, and has taken care of U.S. sound recording performance royalties by complying with the terms of recently enacted. Any music that we receive [that are submitted i.e. to [SpiritSoul Radio Network]  that are written by writers who are not affiliated with ASCAP, BMI or SESAC (including, for example, many songs written by local and international songwriters for albums that are not released by a "major" , or independent label in the United States). Such songs are not covered by Mixcloud  (our radio broadcaster), blanket licenses, then SpiritSoul Radio, and Network must, and do have direct permission from the writers (or copyright owners) of such [submitted] songs before including them in our programs. When we play the songs we are not receiving any monies, or credit only the artist, writer, composer receive full credit, which can be seen through the playlist that is on our radio site.
The Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA") was passed by Congress and details the rules regarding Internet broadcasts that are eligible for compulsory licenses. Below is a partial list of the rules that SpiritSoul Radio Network pay attention to. These rules include only those that would be relevant given the manner in which we are able to use the Mixcloud system. The relevant rules which we carefully abide by are as follows:
​Our program must not be part of an "interactive service." For our purposes, this means that we cannot perform sound recordings within one hour of a request by a listener or at a time designated by the listener. In any three-hour period, we should not intentionally program more than three songs (and not more than two songs in a row) from the same recording; we should not intentionally program more than four songs (and not more than three songs in a row) from the same recording artist or anthology/box set. Continuous looped programs may not be less than three hours long.​

Rebroadcasts of programs may be performed at scheduled times as follows:

Programs of less than one-hour: no more than three times in a two-week period; Programs longer than one hour: no more than four times in any two-week period. We should not publish advance program guides or use other means to pre-announce when particular sound recordings will be played.

SpiritSoul Radio Network reserves the right to feature artists, events, play submitted songs, sermons, and advertisements by permission of the composer, producer, writer, artist on our station, and social sites [i.e. face book, twitter, spreaker, etc.]. SpiritSoul Radio Network reserves the right to receive donations, payments i.e. monies for advertisement [church programs, events, etc.] paid via our station paypal, social media, and site. By submitting materials to SpiritSoul Radio Network you are implying that you own the copyrights to all written/recorded material and thereby relieve SpiritSoul Radio Network its owners and affiliates of any liability associated with the infringement of the rights of any other party. Please allow a week for review of material submitted.

All payments, donations are used to support SpiritSoul Radio Network. If at any time SpiritSoul Radio Network breaks this binding agreement our station will be taken off the internet, and therefore will not be supported by Mixcloud [our broadcaster] or any third party servers. Donations given to our station network are solely used to advance our ministry, station, network, and pay employees. Monies are not refundable or tax deductible. When giving into this ministry it is at the donators expense and permission.
